All personalized and custom items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE due to the unique personalization or customization. If there is an issue with the item you received, please send me a message with the details.
If you ordered an item that was not personalized or customized (a generic or general item such as the Mr. & Mrs. Jars) and you are not satisfied, I will accept a return for exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase date for these type of items as long as the item is in its original packaging, unused, and all accessories are in its original place (ribbon, tags, etc,).

In the unfortunate event that your item(s) were damaged during transit, please send me a message right away with the damage caused, send pictures if possible, and how many were damaged. I will replace the items at no additional cost as long as the items were not purposely broken and as long as the entire order was not damaged. In this case of an entire ordered being damaged, the buyer is responsible of ordering more or contacting the mail carrier to file a dispute.

All items will be shipped in heavy duty corrugated boxes, recycled boxes, or padded envelopes. Shipping timeframe depends on the items and quantities of the items ordered.
